Shipping timescales depend on many factors, including the choices you make during checkout for delivery method.
Standard domestic shipping – UAE orders are delivered on the same day, or maximum the next working day. Typically the standard delivery option doesn’t provide tracking or a proof of delivery service.
Standard international delivery – We have partnered with DHL and SMSA to do international shipments to our customers across the world. it takes approximately 5-14 business days from dispatch. Typically the standard delivery option doesn’t provide tracking or a proof of delivery service. Estimated delivery time:
Oman – 2 Days delivery time
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – 2 to 4 Days delivery time
Where different delivery options are available, you’ll be able to make your selection during the checkout process. We are a marketplace and as such the options may differ for items in your basket.
Please note: as with any delivery service, timescales are estimates, cannot be guaranteed and don’t include customs clearing times beyond our control. Specifically for deliveries to South Africa, please allow additional time due to delays with the South African customs and postal service.

Shipping prices shown on our product pages assume delivery within the country of the Awwalcart.com -UAE country website that you are viewing. If you change the delivery country destination during checkout, then the charges will be updated accordingly.

- Updating the delivery country
This will adjust the shipping costs on product information screens.
Total delivery costs are displayed on the final page of checkout before you submit your order. Please note that it is important to select the correct delivery country during checkout, your order will be cancelled if the delivery address does not match the delivery country as the charges will have been incorrectly calculated.
If any additional delivery surcharge fees occur with your order, such as if the weight of a product exceeds the courier allowance or delivery to a remote destination, we’ll contact you and you’ll be able to choose to proceed or cancel the order.
